I decided to try HN today with my sister. All of the staff was extremely nice and professional. There was no wait. Linda did my manicure beautifully. She had great customer service as well and casually chatted with me throughout the service. Another gal did my pedicure at the same and she did a great job as well, even suggesting a nail design, which I am always hesitant to do because I am usually not happy with a sloppy result. Run do not pass go. They did a horrible job on waxing my eyebrows. Would never go back.
