The manager, Rene, is literally psychotic. Heed the other warnings, this place should be condemned. They never notified us of the bed bug infestation that was there. If CO had adequate renters rights (and lawyers weren’t so expensive) I’d totally sue them for a multitude of downright illegal issues. This is THE DEFINITION of a slum lord house.

I should have left this review a long time ago but with COVID and having to move and all the other problems I'm just now getting around to it .. When I lived there I tried to help everyone. I cooked Christmas dinners had Halloween parties I was even made assistant manager well sort of they took some money off my rent and I helped them with putting up the Christmas decorations and helping with some other projects...
