Would never recommend this office! Doctor was great but the staff was rude, unprofessional, incompetent, liars and not HIPAA compliant. Doctor never got messages. Didn’t do reminder calls but said they did. Office was not clean, old equipment. They are lucky to get even the one star!
Dr. Chestnut is great. Ms. White is great. However, in order to get through the gatekeepers, it took two e-mails, and two phone calls, and a statement of action to just talk about my bill.
This group doesn’t even deserve zero stars. The receptionist is rude. The staff doesn’t give you your paperwork. Enjoys billing you over the phone for a outpatient visit. Minus my results. Bad customer service on both sides.
Staff was helpful and friendly! The doctor took the time to hear me explain some of my health background, which unfortunately many do not. I waited maybe 15 minutes to be seen and I was a few minutes late. I saw good reviews for this place in my insurance site but was a bit shocked to see the reviews here on google the day of my appointment. I don’t know where these other people went, but my experience was positive and I plan to come back.
