I thought the service was reasonable. Priced comparatively to other companies in the area. The issue was that after the service, we made an appt for 2 weeks later, a Monday. HMS was no call, no show. I messaged all the way until the following week in case there was just a misunderstanding. No response. I even translated the message into Spanish since that was the only way to communicate (Google translate) during the service. (This also should be communicated prior to service). Still no response. Was recommended to me.... as not what i expected, totally can't understand how a business can stay as such when not responding to messages, having the conversation about service and she stops(Marlin) next day she apologize and responded, i tried again ans still more than 24 hrs later no response... totally not recommended to my community as of now
Had a wonderful experience from.start to end. I will be having them return every month now. Great value and the team was both professional and very kind to my puppy baxter
WOW is all I have to say after today Marlin and another young lady came to clean our home. There was a miscommunication as to how big our home was but Sergio cleared it all up in a few minutes. Everyone was very nice and professional. The girls did an excellent job and we have already scheduled for next month. Great job!
