Every bad review you see on here is accurate. 5 stars are clearly fake. They take advantage of college students who can’t afford much and nickel and dime them. Do not sign a lease as you’ll regret it and be screwed for a year. Their office smells like mildew and the staff is rude - Get aggressive and even swear. They’ll respond to my review poorly and reveal personal information, as they do with all honest 1-star reviews. Please rent from Lukeman Properties or any other management company instead!!
