BE CAREFUL….The technician came to my home last week 5-15-2025 to fix the refrigerator and scratched my brand new wood floors. I called and texted it with one of managers and I am getting the runaround. I am now worried that this company is not insured. Terrible experience and not professional at all. I will definitely make sure my floor is restored.
Henry Kinte replaced the compressor in our refrigerator. After 24 hours the repair seems to be successful. However, he left our kitchen in a mess. There were tiny dark oil spots ALL over the kitchen. I think the machine he was using spewed a fine spray of oil all over the room. We spent 2 hours cleaning up!!

Great service. Did need to call to follow up, but they were prompt and sent people next morning.
Ice maker was repaired on my refrigerator. Henry Kente is professional and knowledgeable.
