My mother passed away on Feb 15th and left the facility on Feb 13th. Until I packed up her things I was still charged. I didn’t even have her remains back and had to clean out her things. When we did go to get her things, half her closet of cloths was not hers and there were two pairs of dirty panties that had been messes in and washed but not cleaned.
