This company's hotel (Holiday Inn Express Norfolk) has authorized my card and will not provide proof it was released so I can send to my bank. Instead they sent me a blank receipt that shows nothing but personal information (attached below) This company is apart of IHG hotel and charges a hold when you reserve a room online and a completely new hold at the location. I worked for hmp properties in Dumfries and my loyalty for them is kinda up there with them. Nicest people to work with and love working hard for um. Wish them the best success. And many more years more of success. Unfortunately I have have been made to move on. But would do so again in a heart beat.
