I came to HMH Southern Ocean Medical Center ER on 7/22/2025-7/23/2025 expecting urgent and compassion care. Instead, I was met with hostility and neglect. From the beginning nurses and staff openly questioned the truthful my crisis, implying I was "faking it" to be admitted to the psychiatric unit. Over the two days I was there, they discussed my situation within earshot of me and other patients, making hurtful remarks instead of offering support. Nurses are great er Dr's not so much house Dr's when cencous is low make excuses to keep you.when full they push you out. Good for not so bad stuff .
