We just left, my son was admitted with a sudden onset illness , that was scary . There was not one part of his journey there that I was not overly pleased with . From er to floor 3 where he stayed. The er Dr was caring , kind and very attentive . Although they were busy he came to him before we even saw a nurse and ordered tests right away. With no apparent answers and worsening condition he left no stone unturned , nurses were also pleasant accommodating and caring . . Staff answers the phone “hello?!” No greeting. Hangs up without saying anything when i asked a question about wait time. I call back and get the hello?!, i ask again and get “we can’t give that information out over the phone” and hangs up again. Very rude. I didn’t want to bring my son there after a first impression like that.
