I've never felt so invalidated as a patient. NINA THOMPSON was so disrespectful. Do not go here. I've been going here for years with no issues, and experience was great. However, Nicole, and other staff members lie to the patients and do not care about the consequences. I was lied to by Nicole, and was told in a record phone call: 'corporate' sent out emails stating it is now New Jersey LAW, patients must be seen in person every 3 months to receive medication. Not only is this completely illegal to do, but it has sent me down a spiral of trying to find proper care while filing paperwork and making sure I... read more
