Ran labs other than the lab the provider ordered including for a procedure that had been canceled. Expect the patient to be an expert and watch them draw the blood when I knew I’d pass out if I looked.
Don't trust them to get approval on MRI or lab work. Call and do it yourself. If not a simple thing will take months to get done.
I just want to say how outstanding my visit was with HMH today! They were very fast and friendly and super sweet towards my 2 year old. Everyone was cheerful, making a great atmosphere for the patients. The lab technician seemed well educated and was able to make the process easy and even enjoyable! Thank you HMH lab!!!
