Excellent staff
Dr. McCoy is an amazing, caring doctor who went above and beyond for my mother. When my mom's cognitive health rapidly declined and multiple ER visits left us without answers, Dr. McCoy refused to give up until she found a way to help. She is thorough, incredibly responsive, and gave my mom hope again. Her kindness and patience with aging parents is unmatched, and her bedside manner is stellar. Our family is so incredibly grateful for her.
5 min grace period is terrible
I've been a patient with them since they were Hardin Memorial. Baptist Health has not been an improvement. I received care from Laura Johnson and Matt Abell both of whom I like. The problem is Baptist Health, big medicine at its finest. If they want to contact me, they email (no problem) but to read the message I have to set up an account and log into their messenger service. Everything is a bureaucratic nightmare.
