Great customer service received at every visit.
Awful carefirst, I had an eye infection and other people kept coming in after me and they got to go but I had to wait literally two people came in after me and got to go honestly ridiculous idk how they do it but an EYE INFECTION HURTS AND IS SERIOUS PEOPLE!
Staff was super friendly, Destiny went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and was really patient and kind. The wait was a lot shorter than I expected, they got me in and out quickly.
Went in complaining about pain in up my nose and sinus area. Did not even look up my nose. Baptist Health keeps outdoing itself and not doing anything. Bravo
I feel like my family and I always receive the help we need. There can be a long line sometimes, especially in the morning but that’s not their fault. They’ve always been nice to me.
