Need more staffing or something. Having one person at desk and have them also help run the back is not the way to go. Went in right at 8 am when they opened. 3 people ahead of me, one in triage, one they just sat in the waiting room, one that was checking in. I would like to give zero stars. I went to this clinic feeling terribly sick.I was immediately talked to about doing a telehealth visit instead of being seen because they only had one physician there. I was tested for Covid, flu, and strep. My strep test was positive the dr said so i was given a prescription for an antibiotic and that was all. I can't tell you how bad I felt.
