What can I say I bought a 2016 mustang Ecoboost and was helped by Darien. When purchasing the vehicle I negotiated that I would not have to pay tags, title, and fees. They agreed and I purchased the vehicle. After being able to get an appointment at the DMV during covid I learned that nothing had been paid for on the vehicle. I brought this to HMH's attention as I had paid for the tags as the temp tag they gave me expired. They started having no recollection of this agreement stating that they only agreed to no fees. Avoid going here. The owners are manipulative and WILL take advantage of you. Took my car in twice, compared the bills only to find they had charged twice for the same service. I was also charged $310 for ONE tire. They will give you the run around and make you feel like YOU’RE in the wrong by asking questions. Nice “Christian” scam artists! I’d be happy to DM anyone my invoices to look at labor cost, parts cost, etc. Trust me, I don’t leave bad reviews- But I had to warn people about this shady company.

We brought our new van home today after searching for well over a month. Buying from HMH has definitely been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I wish we had known about them sooner... we wouldn’t have had to look for so long. They are super easy to get along with and their prices are fantastic. No haggling was required (that’s the part I dread every time I need to trade up). Now, I know where to go to avoid the drama. Thank you HMH!!!!!
