I was there today and everybody from the front desk to William (LPN) and Sasha Musick were all polite and real caring. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Great docs onboard to care for you
Waited over an hour and a half in the exam room. Finally asked if I had been forgotten. Nurse practitioner came in, looked at my throat and ears, and listened to my heart. The only test that was performed was a chest X-ray. Then I was informed that no one was available to read it on the weekends. She prescribed antibiotics and said “if you don’t feel better in a few days, come back and we’ll do tests.” Very disappointing
My whole family, including myself, have used this facility on multiple occasions and never have issues. We never have to wait, the providers listen to what you have to say, and the nurses are kid friendly. My only fear/complaint is I only found out about them after walking out of my PCP that’s across the parking lot. I just don’t think people know about them.
