My husband had a sleep study done and had a follow up for the results. He scheduled for 11am, arrived on time, and was waiting for about an hour before being seen. My husband is extremely cordial and non-confrontational. I came here for my first appointment because of serious insomnia. And one of the first things said to me was “you aren’t scoring any drugs off of me” when I mentioned I had been on a serious sleep aid already before I could even finish my sentence to say it hadn’t worked. I was also told to “stop playing video games all night and lay down”, I never mentioned video games or purposely stay up at night, believe me I’m trying to sleep. Apparently from reviews this isn't the first time but I called about an appointment in regards to the settings of my machine the receptionist kept cutting me off and talking over me and then dismissed me claiming that Galloway doesn't touch the settings or anything to do with the machine or the app and that I needed to call where I got the machine from and take it to them clearly she needs educated cause at my last appointment Galloway changed settings upping my air flow and told me to call with any issues but she wasn't lis... read more
I had an appointment with Miss Galloway for today. During the weekend I came down with a bug and today I called to reschedule it. The young girl that answered the phone was absolutely the rudest person I have ever spoke with! I am a nurse and you do NOT talk to a patient in that manner. She scheduled me for January 29, 2026.
