Apparently from reviews this isn't the first time but I called about an appointment in regards to the settings of my machine the receptionist kept cutting me off and talking over me and then dismissed me claiming that Galloway doesn't touch the settings or anything to do with the machine or the app and that I needed to call where I got the machine from and take it to them clearly she needs educated cause at my last appointment Galloway changed settings upping my air flow and told me to call with any issues but she wasn't lis... read more
I had an appointment with Miss Galloway for today. During the weekend I came down with a bug and today I called to reschedule it. The young girl that answered the phone was absolutely the rudest person I have ever spoke with! I am a nurse and you do NOT talk to a patient in that manner. She scheduled me for January 29, 2026.
