I wish I could do a split review. Dr. Whiles & Joni Jo are FANTASTIC and 10/10 care!! I have nothing but positive things to say about them. The front desk "office manager" along with 1 check in girl who continued to roll her eyes (did not get her name but wish I had) would get a -negative 4 star review if that was an option. Rude, unpleasant, etc.. SO, go in expecting that from the front with exceptional care coming once you get to the back.
Office ladies all need fired. The attitude is not necessary. Ask questions and get told off. Won’t be back. Sorry. Find someplace else to go. Hateful hateful. Per usual with most busy doctors offices. Especially this one. I won’t be back. And that is a shame because the doctors are great.
Busy today. Easy to navigate. Parking can be a challenge.
The girl up front with brown hair and glasses needs to learn how to not talk crap about patients. Even if some come a lot it may be because they have multiple chronic illness. Think lady would you want to have major health issues and not be checked? She is one of the rudest people in the building.
I take both of my boys (4 and 16 months) to Rob Rutherford and I am so incredibly thankful to have found him!! We have been seeing him for a little of a year now and he has provided the best healthcare I have ever experienced with either of my babies! I have never called that he wouldn’t get us in.. and I have never been disappointed with any of our visits. He treats my kids like family when they are there and has since their very first visit. I trust him so much with my boys’ health and I hope we have him to rely on forever... read more
