This office has honestly been a saving grace for me as a new mom and has helped me feel a lot more confident stepping into motherhood from day 1. Dr. Etter is amazing—always thorough and takes the time to answer any questions I have without ever making me feel rushed. They are responsive with phone calls and have always gotten my baby in so quickly when needed. The front desk staff, the nurses, everyone is just so kind and accommodating. This facility is great with children. They put in the orders and take care to learn about the children. Highly recommended for children with autism and therapy needs. The staff is friendly too. Love the nurses like Jaiana who make coming more fun foe the sprouts.
I do NOT recommend Dr. Seeley-Dick. I had my youngest back in May of this year. She was a big baby at birth and had some blood sugar and weight issues right after. For weeks we went to our regular pediatricians office for weight checks and it was starting to take a toll on her and myself. I wanted a second opinion and different advice before they recommended her going back to the hospital for further help. I’ve had nothing but problems out of this place. Dr Lancaster sent my child to Johnson City for blood testing, NEVER EVEN CHECKED UP ON IT FOR MONTHS AFTERWARDS when he was being seen for the same stuff!!!!! I had problems the other day, with them being smart with my grandmother overly assuring they had sent one of prescriptions in, wasn’t sent in or fixed for days just a bunch of back and forth.
