I have used both the walk-in clinic and of course, Dr. Park. All of the staff on both sides are knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and just wonderfully easy to work with. Dr. Park is very detailed and truthful. He is respectful and makes sure that you understand at your level. Dr. Park has the best bedside manner of any doctor that I have known. He has already given me one knee replacement and soon will do the other. In the meantime, I'm going in next week for a knee injection in my bad knee.
I walked into this facility at 1 PM. At 1:40 PM I walked out after receiving an exam by the most caring and professional NP I’ve ever been assigned. They scheduled me to meet with the surgeon in two weeks. I can’t speak highly enough for the HMG Orthopedic Associates.
I am getting the run around from the staff at this office. I am in severe pain with my foot and after seeing MsPhelps, my prescription was to have been sent in yesterday at 4:30. After 3 phone calls, and being given the runaround, it is now Friday at 11:30 and no prescription sent in. I spoke to the pharmacist and the prescription has not been sent.
