I came here because I followed Dr.Shekiya. it is unfortunate that he landed Here. The staff is atrocious, you confirm appointment and do all your lab work and they say there is no record of them receiving them. When you confront staff all they say is oh well you should have confirmed. You should run way from this place as far as you can. My wife has been without medication because she hasn't been able to see Dr. Shekiya. We are currently looking for a new dr due to this. Honestly don't know how they can do this to people. The phone service is a joke but I hate when they request a x-ray and never call you about it, then an MRI is ordered, like wth
Today was my first day at the office. I made an appointment over the phone, and the process was fast and easy. The staff were amazing. The clerk at the front desk, Maribel, provided great service. The medical assistant, Guadalupe, was very professional and caring I would give her nothing but five stars. The Palmdale office is a joke I have been waiting 5 days to get an appointment I have called various times and been on hold for over 45 minutes then they pick up the phone and hang up on me it’s happened various times.
