This office needs to get a wheel care that patients can borrow that has foot rests.really!!! order some from the company. Or order a new wheel chair.To make patients drag their feet is outrageous. You make enough money in one visit to pay for it.
I came here because I followed Dr.Shekiya. it is unfortunate that he landed Here. The staff is atrocious, you confirm appointment and do all your lab work and they say there is no record of them receiving them. When you confront staff all they say is oh well you should have confirmed. You should run way from this place as far as you can. My wife has been without medication because she hasn't been able to see Dr. Shekiya. We are currently looking for a new dr due to this. Honestly don't know how they can do this to people. Receptionist at the front is very rude very aggressive my advice is to definitely get someone who appreciates their job lady is miserable has long nails and whatnot not professional at all !!! second time she has a bad attitude.
I really like this clinic, i go to the clinic in San Fernando and Doctor Cecil Shikiya is the best and all the girls nurses are hands on to any issues. I changed clinics my previous primary doctor was such trash and i had a really bad experience and since i switched to this clinic it has been nothing but a great experience they make me feel like my health is important to them. Thank you Doctor Cecil and thank you all the amazing girls in the front and back office.
They send all calls to a call center and when transferred they do not answer, you have to leave a message, or the call center doesn't answer, and the Dr's staff doesn't return calls. They do not open from lunch on time and take a very long to time to get things done while at the appointment. The lobby looks nice, but the furniture is too low for many geriatric patients and those with back and knee pain and injuries.
