If I could give no stars I would; customer service is awful, good luck ever getting through to anyone who knows anything. Either you get put on hold and forgot about or someone actually does answer says hello then hangs up. Broken system is recommend going anywhere but here if at all possible.
I wish I could give Ashlee Fleming, FNP 0 stars.. She refused to help me her words “there’s nothing else we can do for you. Good luck” I have a GI disease that caused fistulas in my intestines and have been in and out of the hospital since December and she didn’t do anything to help. I truly believe she doesn’t care if you live or die! Find a different provider.
Horrible phone service. The system is not correct you get passed around. They make an appointment day but not a time? Everyone seems lost when talking to them in the endoscopy section.
