Honestly if it wasn’t absolutely necessary to have a consistent endocrinologist for my type 1 diabetes, I wouldn’t go here. There’s barely been a time where I’ve needed to change a prescription or do a slight edit of my medication’s, that they haven’t given me the longest runaround known to man. I have an issue with them almost every single time. Communication there is not good. I am the only person to advocate for myself when it comes to healthcare. I'll preface this by saying this has nothing to do with Dr. Kennedy or the receptionists, who have been great so far! I'm busy & distracted, like most people nowadays, & had a series of important appointments coming up for RAI treatment. Didn't get a text, email, or phone call reminding me of the Thyrogen injection dates, so I got them confused because I'm human & make mistakes.
