I'll preface this by saying this has nothing to do with Dr. Kennedy or the receptionists, who have been great so far! I'm busy & distracted, like most people nowadays, & had a series of important appointments coming up for RAI treatment. Didn't get a text, email, or phone call reminding me of the Thyrogen injection dates, so I got them confused because I'm human & make mistakes. Always have a very good office visit with my Doctor . The office staff is always on the ball with setting up appointments , great getting into appointment on time . Everything is well organized & the medical team office staff work together great to have you in & out quickly so I can enjoy the rest of my day !
