I have had noting but problems with dealing with the billing department of HMG Hearing. In May, 2023 I received and paid in full for a pair of hearing aids from HMG. In September, 2023 I received a bill from HMG that showed a balance of $1,000 due on the hearing aids. After contacting my insurance carrier and finally HMG, I reached someone in HMG billing saying they would look into it and call me back.
