Very very bad customer services I had an appointment for MRI. They sent me a voice message the date before the appointment with address 2450 Farmer Rd. I used GPS and wasted an hour with $7 toll fees to go there and found out it’s a wrong address. Finally they rescheduled the appointment for me without apology. HMC is totally out of date in this internet age. You can’t schedule dr. appointment on line, have to call in and put on hold. You can’t create an account to view your test results on line. I have been seen by many other doctors and clinics. Everyone allows me to do blood test before the office visit. So, Dr knows the results when we meet. But HMC won’t let you do that. I have been asking for this and was denied every time. Their accounting department bills the insurance company with many, up to 15-20 items, $0.01 charges. ... read more
