Very very bad customer services I had an appointment for MRI. They sent me a voice message the date before the appointment with address 2450 Farmer Rd. I used GPS and wasted an hour with $7 toll fees to go there and found out it’s a wrong address. Finally they rescheduled the appointment for me without apology. RecommendedFirst of all it’s my first time there and I really got impressed the way they attended me. I saw a couple of people in there though i was gonna come out late from there but they were calling people fast nice place and nice people thank you for your service.
HMC is totally out of date in this internet age. You can’t schedule dr. appointment on line, have to call in and put on hold. You can’t create an account to view your test results on line. I have been seen by many other doctors and clinics. Everyone allows me to do blood test before the office visit. So, Dr knows the results when we meet. But HMC won’t let you do that. I have been asking for this and was denied every time. Their accounting department bills the insurance company with many, up to 15-20 items, $0.01 charges. ... read more
I started out with Dr. John Schnick when the office was located on South Main. My next physician was David Rothschild. My physician now is Gumaro Granados. All have been great. Today I had to have an MRI of my wrist. I am claustrophobic and this is a traumatic event for me BUT the technician who was assigned to me was great. She showed great compassion and explained to me what was happening throughout the procedure. Thanks to you all.

I see Dr Grace Makhlouf. I have for years now. She is such a compassionate doctor and when it is one’s time to see her, she focuses on that one. She’s worked very hard to keep me going. If one thing quits working, then she will suggest we try something else. I have many health issues and she takes the whole of me into consideration. God bless her!
