I would like to respond to Miss McClodden’s review. Miss McClodden is correct I do work by myself and I did apologize to her that I could not replace her air conditioner any sooner. I would like to point out that I was there working in her building every day with the exception of Wednesday when I did take care of a family matter. I would also like to point out that I communicated with her daily, she was never left hanging wondering where I was. I am sorry I could not get to her home quicker. Woke up to a cold house on a Sunday morning. Most places were closed and wanted to charge me "emergency" service call fees of $129 to 169 (on top of any other charges). Called around and Will answered and said he could be there after noon and $69 service fee. He quickly diagnosed and determined it was the flame sensor. A couple screws later and steel wool to clean the sensor and BINGO! Will was very nice and showed me how to clean it myself when it eventually happens again.
