We rent at Pinhurst Manor Condos run by Better Living Management in Waterloo. They are dog & cat friendly, so it was perfect for us. They are prompt to come and fix something when it is broken. The unit is in pretty good condition, although some things about it are dated. The carpet in our unit does have some pet stains from a previous renter.
