This place is located in an unassuming small strip mall near Harts Run Road and Saxonburgh Boulevard in Glenshaw, PA. The name of the place on the door is actually Pilates Vitality Studio and Wellness Center, so it's a little confusing. I am visiting and desperately needed a massage as I was very tight in my neck and shoulders. The Combo massage is well worth the splurge, as Hein uses a variety of advanced techniques.
