I had a very disappointing experience getting my gel removed at this salon. The technician filed my natural nail way too thin, and after I removed gel, my nail started splitting, peeling, and showing early signs of lifting from the nail bed. Over the past week, the condition has continued to get worse instead of improving. Now it’s damaged and I need to get it repaired and strengthened elsewhere. Gel removal should be gentle and safe, but the filing here was excessive and unnecessary.

If you like to pay and receive a messy nail job you are at the right place. The nail technician cut up my cuticles which made me to bleed and I still have cuticles on some fingers! I have bubbles and uneven surfaces under my french manicures and the sides of my nails are so sharp that I tore my blouse by accident. She didn’t bother to clean my toes after the nail polish and now I have nail polish and extra skin underneath my toes. I was looking forward to be a regular customer but I will not come back to this place.
H and M nails is great! I’ve been there by myself and I’ve been there with my kids. They are kind and do a great job every time. I took my 3 daughters there yesterday (8, 6, and 3) and they did an amazing job with them. It’s kid friendly for sure! If you ever want to do a mama and me nail day - H and M is the place to go!
