absolutely obsessed! I had my wedding nails done here and now my honey moon nails. I told her my vision and she made it happen! she is truly an artist. the facility is clean, cozy, and well kept. They also have the best massage chairs which is a nice perk! I highly recommend H & M nails!
My 1st experience was a 3 day burn irritant trauma from eyebrow tinting. Very painful and only received a sorry at no charge. Nothing for the experience, pain, or suffering. Alast, I went back hoping to redeem themselves and had a wonderful deluxe pedicure, but asked for french nails. I asked 3 times to cut down and provided picture. The technician decided to incorporate her design the way she wanted and didn't listen to my request, the paying customer. Resolution was that we not charge for that part. 10/10 Experience! H&M is very clean! Very patient and Lisa did my grandma's nails so well and treated her with love! Definitely, I recommend this nail salon.
Been coming to this salon since they opened and have always have had a great experience! I've been through many nail salons in PSL and found my spot! Highly recommend!!
I was pleased with the outcome of my nails. It was expensive, but it was worth it because I got what I wanted. 4 stars bc it’s costly.
