Eight months ago, we took our car to this workshop for a roadworthy inspection. The car was in perfect condition, but they decided to replace only one of the four engine mounts. Since then, we’ve had more and more problems with the car: the vibration never stopped and other issues started to get worse. Very bad experience with this garage. They validated our vehicle while it had serious defects that a garage had identified before going to their home. Afterwards, another garage confirmed that the RWC should not have been validated. The 10,000 km test, carried out two months after the validated RWC, revealed exactly the same problems, which shows that the problem was already in place and that the RWC should not have been validated. I dropped my car off on short notice after having another mob mess around with it for weeks, and they had it back to me for the quoted price in a couple of days. Even pointed out potential future problems and let me pick it up after ours. Good work, good people, would 100% recommend this mechanic.
Paid $920 at HM Mechanical in Drayton for just the front rotors and brake pads — they didn’t even last 12 months before failing. I’ve since had all four rotors machined and brakes (front and rear) replaced elsewhere for only $700. The price I paid here was excessive and the quality didn’t hold up. In my experience, this was a rip-off and I would not recommend them. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
I had an issue with the radiator and the team was able to get me in the next day and get it sorted. Could not be happier with this experience and will be making this my regular auto shop. Honest and reliable
