Steve, Whitney and the team are phenomenal! Foyer/front reception is always impeccably clean and Whitney is amazing and the first face you will see. Excellent work, honest and don’t so/charge for unnecessary work, will always let you know what is required and will work with you and your budget whilst having a reliable, working vehicle. Can’t recommend these guys enough and always advise friends and family to go here
I recommend these guys to everyone. Decades of knowledge and experience. Labour prices are fair and in line with the industry. Whitney and Steve run a great show and love interacting with their customers, both old and new.
Eight months ago, we took our car to this workshop for a roadworthy inspection. The car was in perfect condition, but they decided to replace only one of the four engine mounts. Since then, we’ve had more and more problems with the car: the vibration never stopped and other issues started to get worse. After all this time, we feel extremely frustrated with the decision to bring it to this place. Other mechanics have looked at it and tried to fix it, but now it’s incredibly expensive to repair. Very bad experience with this garage. They validated our vehicle while it had serious defects that a garage had identified before going to their home. Afterwards, another garage confirmed that the RWC should not have been validated. The 10,000 km test, carried out two months after the validated RWC, revealed exactly the same problems, which shows that the problem was already in place and that the RWC should not have been validated.
