In general, the work performed by the company, constructing the roof over my deck, seemed to reflect a business model where the owner secures the job and relies heavily on a crew to handle the tasks, rather than being personally involved on-site. While this approach might work for some, I find it far preferable when the owner is present, actively overseeing and contributing to the work.
