Disorganized, They need to hire more people or be more flexible an available, and physical therapy other then a few times they came and worked with me they only took vitals and left.
Extremely under appreciative employer. They pay way below area averages, and the yearly raises are embarrassing. Typical Mercy health BS
Very disorganized. Only received two visits from pt. The other services were not available till to late. I didn’t need them then. Poor coordination of services and staff.
There staff is great very helpful and caring
