I really didn’t mind the fact that they were running behind on appointments. What made me angry was the fact that they tried to charge me $704.00 for a complete set of glasses. My prescription wasn’t a bifocal, it was almost reading glasses but required a prism. At least that was what the next optometrist said. I ended up going somewhere else to get my glasses. Dr.Patel and the staff are the best!! They take great care of you from the get go. They are knowledgeable and answer all your concerns. They even teach you how to properly take care of your contacts and even how to put them in! Thanks Kori and Paige for having patience when teaching me! I will go no where else for my eye care. staff is very nice,friendly, and knowledgeable and theres never a wait time, eye exam was done quickly and professionally had to order my contact lenses they came in fast and was notified as soon as they arrived for pick up, been coming here for many years. highly recommend
They have an awesome staff who treats you with respect. Dr. Patel gives great exam and will explain everything about the health of your eyes in detail. They are always answering my questions with a smile doesn’t matter who the question is asked to or how difficult the question is. My experience overall of this place was amazing and I would definitely recommend this place.
They are open on weekends which is a big help when I am juggling work and kids! Dr. Patel is amazing!
I confirmed my appointment electronically at least a week ago. I work at a bar until 3 in the morning. Yet you people are still calling me MULTIPLE times before 10:30 in the morning on a HOLIDAY to confirm something that’s already been confirmed. I won’t be coming back after this week I can promise you that.
I enjoyed my visit! The doctors are great!
