Absolutely terrible customer service at the H&M in Philadelphia Mills. This was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The way the employees treat customers is completely unacceptable. They act as if customers are bothering them, with no respect, no professionalism, and no genuine willingness to help. When I asked questions, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. I had a very unpleasant experience at this H&M location because of the way two staff members treated my children and me. My children were being kids, and of course, as their mother, I immediately told them not to touch things and to keep their voices down. I was already correcting their behavior myself. Despite that, these two employees continued speaking to my children in a very rude and unnecessarily harsh tone, repeatedly saying things like “don’t touch,” “don’t speak loudly,” and “don’t touch my mirror.” Everywhere we we... read more

Greet selection people working there were in great spirits despite the heat in the store, I was able to find what I was looking for and the workers were very helpful !

I wasn't able to complete my purchase because the store no longer provides paper receipts. Instead, customers are required to provide an email address to receive a receipt. I personally am not comfortable sharing my email address, as I don’t want my inbox spam with promotional emails. The associate was extremely pushy and wanted me to provide my email address and ultimately refused to sell me the items when I declined.
