Greet selection people working there were in great spirits despite the heat in the store, I was able to find what I was looking for and the workers were very helpful !
I wasn't able to complete my purchase because the store no longer provides paper receipts. Instead, customers are required to provide an email address to receive a receipt. I personally am not comfortable sharing my email address, as I don’t want my inbox spam with promotional emails. The associate was extremely pushy and wanted me to provide my email address and ultimately refused to sell me the items when I declined. Best clothing brand ever
Erik here did not want to comply with customer service to scan an item he was getting a glitch and marked as final sale and the rep told him to scan it again. He wants to act like he is the owner of H&M and chose to not return even the other items. Call me I have friends who might consider taking his place. You will also be hearing from corporate on an untrained manager that is stubborn and since he cannot have his own store he wants to make his own rules at H&M. You are losing money because this will also be disputed.
