Going to see Dr Lashonda is life changing. She heals your body and soul. After seeing her, my brain and body are able to calm down. I can actually take deep breaths again, my vision is clear and my anxiety level drops. My body relaxes on my drive home and my vertebrae start popping back into place. You seriously need to go and see her, you will feel amazing when you leave.
My almost 2 year old daughter has been getting seen here since she was born and has been getting adjustments that have had tremendous results!! Our daughter sleeps great, eats great, and didn’t have crazy mood swings! 10/10 I would recommend her for any chiropractic needs!! They do adults too, but Lashonda is so kind and caring, I think it’s impossible to go wrong seeing her!! Thanks Lashonda!!
I started seeing Dr. Lashonda when I was late in my first pregnancy. Her gentle adjustments helped me have a safe and empowering home birth. I now bring my baby to Halsa and I can tell she loves being there. Her adjustments have helped her with sleep, digestion, and the stress of being a baby. I have been going to halsa for 3 years for my "chiropractic" care.... I say that in quotes because going to halsa for adjustments is not like going to get your back cracked. The work is so much deeper and yet so much gentler as it works with the central nervous system. I can say it has changed my posture, dissipated my years (decades) of built up tension and I am so grateful to FEEL and look better than I have in my life.
