I don’t normally write reviews, but Tom and his team deserve this one. Not only is it cheaper than Geek Squad and competitors, but they were able to come out the next day for service. I wasn’t expecting Tom to reach back out about a quote at nearly 9pm, but he did. This man is dedicated to his company. They’re friendlier and took about 20 minutes to mount my TV on the wall and put in some fantastic concealment for cable management. Incredibly fast and great service. I cannot adequately articulate how impressed and satisfied I am with Tom and Brendan. They are not only a competent and courteous team but also extremely knowledgable, professional and skilled. They had my television and sound bar up and running in less than 30 minutes. They flew through the set up without even reading any instructions and gave excellent advice on where and how to set any accessories. Tom and Brendon were very friendly and efficient and provided high quality service with first-rate communication from the moment I reached out for a quote. They went above and beyond my expectations. You will be extremely happy with their services!
Tom was amazing. We had been let down and cancelled on by another company. He worked us in and did a fabulous job. Highly recommend his services. We will get him back out to do other things for us as well.
