It was my first treatment ever in reflexology. Helene is a passionate and talented therapist that took her time to educate me on her process as well as the impacts of reflexology on ones body during and post treatment. I am moreso inclined towards deep tissue massages but was pleasantly surprised by how a much softer repetetive and targeted approach brought me relief. Here I am a few days later and I still feel the benefits of this session. Needless to say, I shall be returning for more. Thanks Helene and see you soon
Ça faisait longtemps que je voulais prendre le temps de faire un soin en réflexologie et je ne regrette pas du tout. Hélène est une magicienne. J'en ressors apaisée. Le lieu du soin est d'ailleurs inspirant et plein de bonnes énergies.
On m’a offert une séance découverte de réflexologie avec Hélène et je dois dire que je n’ai pas été déçu ! J’ai passé un agréable moment, dans le partage et l’échange, et ça m’a réellement fait du bien. Je recommande Hélène les feux fermés !
