I love love love these people. Ive had bad experiences with accountants from them not listening to making inexcusable mistakes. HLM has a great, organized, systemic approach to talking through strategy with you both for this years taxes and beyond. HLM has been my accountant for personal and business taxes for almost 20 years! They are amazing and I would not work with anyone else.
This is my second year with HLM and the customer care dropped drastically. My business returns were overlooked and HLM did not file an extension. I was charged $2640 in penalties from IRS because of their mistake. I had requested through email, phone and messages and assured all was good until it was not.
