Just got an 60 eviction notice for the "used" dryer going out....DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE".....I even went and bought a new set at lowes for 1200....and was told I owe "Erin Mahoney" a dryer...nonsense, when an appliance goes out it is on the owner/landlord to fix or repair said appliance not thg tenant....these people are slum lords in this case.....and talk about ruuuuuude! Never have I rented from someone so unprofessional....we will be buying on our next go round!
