San Jose Water Restoration provided exceptional service! They were prompt, professional, and thorough in handling our water damage. The team made the restoration process smooth and stress-free.
I would highly recommend H&L. Todd came out and investigated the water and my mold issue I was experiencing and was able to identify the root cause and alleviate both my (and my tenants) concerns.
Our dishwasher died and leaked, damaging drywall, adjacent cabinets (including a sink cabinet), and our engineered hardwood flooring. We split the remediation (to H&L, with its reputation) from the repair. The independent mold inspection was completed Friday with a clean bill of health. The repair estimator (a particular person himself) just left and remarked that the H&L job was meticulous and made the repair job much easier for him. Our Condo's toilet had a old wax ring that caused a leak through to our neighbor's ceiling below. I called multiple mold and restoration companies for quotes. Some didn't even respond to my call. A couple of companies came in with very high estimates, treating our project as having very extensive damage that needed the entire room closed off for mold remediation.
