To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to bring to your attention a safety concern regarding the reckless driving of one of your company’s drivers. While I am not a customer, I believe it is important for you to be aware of this behavior for safety reasons. while driving on the 5 freeway in Burbank, one of your drivers cut me off abruptly without regard for safety. Issac Cobo was the tech who did all of the work over 2 days. He was nice. Also, he showed up when he said he would. He kept me informed about progress and fixed the problem. Isaac is a credit to the H.L Moe Plumbing Company.
David arrived promptly and completed all the repairs as identified by the buyers inspector. It was a relief to have everything completed in 4 hours. He was pleasant, friendly, and responsible in his work and time.

Our furnace went out and we called Gilmore whom we have used before. Michael came out the next day, checked our furnace and gave us information about what he found. He was able to locate a part that would solve the problem on our 40 year old furnace and installed it the next day. He was very helpful in sharing various options. I recommend him highly.
