This is an answer to Ms. Sheri B. We Took care of your Home for a Year, we called you for repairs and your husband told us that He will be sending the maintenance companies to be able to find better deals with any problems with the house, the Tenant did not Pay the last month rent because you put your house on the market for sale on Facebook and a neighbourgh told him at 7 am with (no warning), that he need it to move out. We did the best in our habilites to fix any problems you and your husband gave us to work with.
For owners of properties, beware. This company manages nothing except taking payment and sending to you 15 days later. They have no maintenance team to take care of any issues that may arise. They just call you and expect you to handle. They let renter use security deposit as last months rent so no recourse for damage done to property. Would highly recommend you look elsewhere for a property manager.
My father and I hired HL Management Services to manage one of our properties within the last six months They are very organized, timely with payments and most of all, friendly and helpful to our tenants. I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a good experience.
HL Management is by far the best experience with a management company that my husband and I have ever had. Anytime there was a problem that needed to be fixed at the home, they were quick to send someone out to fix it. The tenant manager Lucy is very courteous and professional. We would strongly recommend HL Management Services to anyone.
This company has been the best company i have ever delt with. They help you in what ever needs you have, and this company has gone above and beyond to help me find the right rental property for me and my family. They are anything but scammers. I have never had a problem with them. I have always paid my rent on time and i have seen both lease that they have made and they both say the samething! HLMS is the best company out there !!!
HL magement has saved my sanity when some other rental management company was allowing tenants to get away with not paying rent and charging me for repairs and never giving me receipts for said repairs. I have no problem with this company.
I am been working with this company and had a very good experience. They rent my unit within one month without any problem. They work with tenant for their need and keep the properly in good condition. If you are looking a management company HL Management is company you need to work with. NICE WORK .
This company is anything but a scam. This company is registered and I have been working with this company for about three years now and I have had no issues with them. Lucy herself is a great person and takes care of my home as if it were her own. She oversees things, sends me pictures of my home when I am not around, and calls me to tell me if there are issues that have arose for some sort of reason.
