This is an answer to Ms. Sheri B. We Took care of your Home for a Year, we called you for repairs and your husband told us that He will be sending the maintenance companies to be able to find better deals with any problems with the house, the Tenant did not Pay the last month rent because you put your house on the market for sale on Facebook and a neighbourgh told him at 7 am with (no warning), that he need it to move out. We did the best in our habilites to fix any problems you and your husband gave us to work with.

For owners of properties, beware. This company manages nothing except taking payment and sending to you 15 days later. They have no maintenance team to take care of any issues that may arise. They just call you and expect you to handle. They let renter use security deposit as last months rent so no recourse for damage done to property. Would highly recommend you look elsewhere for a property manager.

My father and I hired HL Management Services to manage one of our properties within the last six months They are very organized, timely with payments and most of all, friendly and helpful to our tenants. I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a good experience.
