ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! I worked with Bruce at H.L. Goss and he was fantastic. I would definitely recommend that you go to him if you're even remotely thinking about getting engaged. The process was easy, and the ring was absolutely beautiful. She loves it. I love it. And anybody that sees it loves it.
My entire experience with H.L. Gross was outstanding. About a year and a half ago my GF (now fiance) said she wanted to go look at engagement rings, because that's apparently what you do. Bruce Lutwick, Brad Gross, and Michael Gross gave exceptional service, help, and value for the engagement and wedding rings I purchased. After my wife lost her engagement ring, they went to great lengths to find the perfect replacement stone and setting and made sure that my wife was happy. They are honest, decent, and extremely helpful people and I highly recommend them and H. L. Gross to anyone who is looking for bridal or other jewelry.
We had the good fortune of encountering Bruce Lutwick at H.L. Gross while browsing engagement ring settings. I liked him instantly! He was not stuffy but very personable, educating us about the different settings and which would best suit our taste (traditional but modern) sprinkled with some personal experiences (which I loved hearing). From our first on-line communication up until the day we walked into the store Bruce offered dynamic customer service. He was knowledgable about the settings, giving detailed descriptions of the metals and most importantly Bruce was patient. My fiance went to HL Gross to purchase my ring. I could not be happier. It is beautiful. Bruce, the consultant he worked with explained in detail the various diamonds quality etc. and the bands. The result is a gorgeous ring. As neither of us knew much about diamonds, how and what to buy, we could have easily been misled. However, at HL Gross, this was not the case.
