I purchased a Trane furnace and A/c unit in early2025. Easy to work with, Quality install. Feeling I made a good choice with Fraas.
I Have used FRAAS a few times now.and they show up when they say they are going to be there! Scott is who I request i like his attitude and even if it's the simplest fix(like mine one time I had my fuse put in wrong in my breaker box) he shows u ur mistake and how to do it correctly. The service call fee isn't outrageous. Even if your issue is simple like mine ur service call is paying for knowledge. That's what these guys are for🤷♂️
Excellent work, and they went beyond expectations cleaning and explaining how the new heating/cooling worked.
Needed a new furnace and AC unit to replace an aging system. Fraas provided a detailed estimate within days of my request. The arrived on the day scheduled and completed the replacement installation in less than two days. The technicians, Caleb and Scott, did an excellent job both with the removal of the old facilities and the installation or the new equipment.
