DON’T GO IF KALIA IS WORKING!!!! She was extremely rude when I was deciding what to order and laughed at me when I said my name was Winston. She also took 30 minutes to bring our snow cones out. The food itself was delicious but I was very unpleased with the service here. If I see her working I am turning around and leaving.
The snowcones and flavoring were great, but I think the cream was just sweet and condescend milk which I didn’t love. Anything added to the snowcone such as ice cream, cream, coconut, etc. has an up charge on top of the already expensive ($5 for a medium) snowcone. Tropical Sno in Salem has free add ons at a lower price. However, the snowcones themselves were wonderful.
