Used to be great. Have called 4 times in the past month, spoke to a human twice... haven't received a return call. They must be going through some staffing issues or something ,but the failure to communicate I can't figure out.

Shawn, Paul, and the crew from HKC Roofing were great! We had some wind damage to our roof. They quickly came out, inspected, and repaired our roof. They did a quality job and made sure the new panels matched! We will definitely call them again for any of our future roofing needs.

One of the worst roofing services. The roof installation was incorrect. Cheap materials were clearly used. Rainwater seeps through the corners. The team showed no responsibility. Deadlines were completely ignored. They stopped answering calls later. Total waste of money. I do not recommend them.

Very poor roofing job that caused more problems than it solved. The workers seemed inexperienced and careless with the installation. Debris and nails were left all around the property after they finished. Within a short time the roof began showing signs of damage again. Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful. They did not take responsibility for their mistakes. The service felt rushed and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the money spent. I cannot recommend this roofing company.

Very disappointed with this roofing renovation service. The project took much longer than promised. Workers seemed careless and the quality of work was poor. Some areas of the roof still look unfinished. They left debris and nails around my yard. Communication was very bad throughout the job. I tried contacting them for fixes but got no proper response. The renovation did not meet expectations at all. Would not recommend this company.
