My gutter fell off during the snow & ice storm in January. HKC was immediately on it as soon as the weather permitted. They provided updates as they were to occur~ very impressive. Couldn't have asked for a better experience during a problematic time. THANK YOU!

Henry and his crew came to replace a gutter that had fallen on our property but with an unexpected hiccup; the contractor they used drove over our grass during the process. Within a day, Henry contacted said contractor, and they came the next day to patch up the grass! I am thoroughly impressed with their attentiveness and responsiveness!

I didn’t purchase their service, but if I had, I know I’d be lucky to work with them. One of their employees (I didn’t catch his name, but he was wearing a red flannel and a baseball cap) did something incredibly kind—he bought my Bibibop order after seeing me struggling to log into my account. Yesterday was my birthday, and I wanted to keep the celebration going today. His act of kindness made my day so much brighter. Waited over 7 days for tech visit. Then waited 3 more days due to rain. Tech came out on a Monday diagnose problem. Now it's Saturday no estimate. I call on Tuesday was told by the same tech would have it on Thursday. I called Thursday left message, no call back. Due to lack of response and lack of professionalism would not recommend.
