I cannot in good conscious recommend HKC Roofing to anyone. Of course, they were professional and nice at the beginning of the job in the assessment phase and quote, but afterwards their professionalism went downhill. They are veteran owned business, that great. I’m a veteran too and I’m very disappointed in this company. When we discovered some areas of sloppy work, they “suddenly” became very bad communicators. Let me preface by saying that having a roof replaced is a huge deal. It's a process with a lot of paperwork, ins-and-outs, and expensive! HKC, and everyone that I have met that is affiliated with this company, including the owner, are fantastic. Just recently our family had a new roof put on by HKC roofing and I have to say that it was one of the most stressful yet least stressful experiences I have ever had to deal with in my life so far. To explain the insurance co did what insurance companies always do they will do and say whatever they have to, to get out of paying.
